[PC Windows] Character will not stop moving (right).

I have found (as this happens frequently for me) that if you hold the key for the direction your character is stuck moving in for a few seconds it fixes it. When it first happened I did everything you did and nothing seemed to work and on the suggestion of a friend I held down the key and it works everytime. I'm not exactly a "tech expert" but it seems to be a hiccup making the game think the key is depressed, you actually can induce this (if you want to test it) by holding down the key (or holding the analog stick on consoles) as it boots up that makes it think that is the default state.
