    GC delivery turnin too low.

It's nice that you want to offer rewards for obtained items from instances, but the rewards for these are just too low to make it practical compared to other methods. 40-80 seals for a piece of equipment gained while leveling or helping someone in your FC run that dungeon is barely enough to pay for even grade 1 darkmatter. Post level 30 you end up losing money helping FC members through lower dungeons just because of the repair costs on equipment. There is simply no current incentive to re-run instances once you have leveled out of the related equipment range... Especially if you feel like just using a healing or tanking class to help with the queue times of earlier dungeons or passing some boredom.

The rewards should be related to the tier of item and be high enough to afford that level's tier of repair materials with fewer than 5 turn-ins of that tier, or atleast in line with the FATE rewards within a similar level range.

I agree that the payment for turning in Dungeon gear needs to be a bit higher. Heck you can buy Grand Company gear for 2,000 or so GC seals.. and when it comes time that you don't use it anymore and you sell it back? You get about 100 GC seals in exchange. I would have at least expected to retain 500 of those GC seals from the 2k spent.

I couldn't agree more and yet to sell those green or pink quality items would just result in 10gil, making it even more invaluable. Either we need more seals for what we're turning in or we need to be compensated with more gil for the equipment use we'll incur. People think armor incurs usage only when you die, but with each strike you make, be it crafting, gathering, or fighting, your gear diminishes.
