I think it'd be quite nice to see an option when you click a player's name in the chat frame to blacklist them. Quite a lot of the antisocial spammers are using random strings of characters for names which makes it a bit awkward to type on the PS3's console keyboard because the frame snaps back to the bottom when you open the main menu (I don't use a keyboard and mouse, though, it'd be easier if I had one).
