As a healer I can't say this really bothers me but I do feel bad for the dps. Honestly, the only thing that really needs to be added here is the ability to reque as a group for the same fight if somebody leaves. If it's a primal reset the timer so that the newly made group can start over fresh and make people join it regardless of having party in progress checked since said timer is reset.
