North America - Balmung Server Down - THIS IS WHAT WE PAY FOR ?

I don't have much time to play this game. When I want to play I can't because the server is down. Yikes SE. Please join the world of server redundancy! To minimize downtime when a data center fails.

I propose a reduction in monthly fee's if/when your loyal customers can't access game.

It's like buying a brand new flashy car and your at that one BIG moment to drive it to Senior Prom, you can't... you can't drive it at all, in fact it won't start. Major failure.

Ok, thanks for the worthwhile comment. I take back this comment only half-way. Its almost you're defending them. Remember when you couldn't log in because servers were full? My above comment applies to past instances as well. It's the compounding affect I'm mad about.

Agreed. Other games have maintenance that lasts around 8 hours, if not more when things go awry.
