90k and unable to load NA/EU servers still?

This morning I was having issues with really bad lag getting 90k errors and I called my ISP they said everything on my end is fine. When I was getting the 90k/NA/EU server errors was around 11am SE said they fixed this but I just tried to log on a few mins ago and still getting the 90k/NA/EU errors.
