    It synergises very well with the class. Great for those times when you need a bit of self healing because you can use it in conjunction with Blood Bath to mitigate some of the incoming damage. Plus it's good for helping regain enmity when there are multiple enemies by popping it and using Overpower. I think having it on DPS classes would just overpower them. We already hit hard as it is...having an extra 50% boost on top of that would be overkill.
