Veteran Rewards Issue

So I set up the 90 day subscription when the Mog station first came up, and my account was charged the 45 dollars that day. When I log into the mog station it says I do not have any veteran rewards. Checked my account history and it shows that a subscription was set up and my next payment isn't scheduled until mid November. Anyone else experience this?

Did you use-up your free trial time already?

I'm curious as to how anyone used up their free trial time while I still have about 14 days left on mine and I bought the game the day before head-start.

I don't think it mattered. I believe you get the veteran rewards as soon as you pay? Maybe I misread, but I have been seeing people with the vet rewards already.

I could be wrong, I thought the veteran's rewards only took effect when the subscription time actually started.

If you paid with crysta for the time, then yes people do have the rewards. As for the billing, it wouldn't be until it was billed and paid for. The crysta is already paid for you are just applying it over to the account.

I did the subscription not crysta, and when I look at my bank account it reads 08/31 DRI*SQUARE ENIX. -$49.99, but it wasn't the game because that came out when I pre-ordered, but it does seem higher than 90 days subscription. So I am confused. That came out literally seconds after I set up the subscription. I don't feel it was fraud because I haven't had any suspicious activity on my account since then.

Trying to address multiple posts at once, so I hope this helps answer a lot of questions:

The free time 1.0 players got has ran out, so if you're a 1.0 player you'll have been charged (or at least you'll need to have paid if you want to keep playing!).

Anyone who started on 2.0 will still have free time left, how much depending on when exactly they added the game serial to their account, but those who did it in the first few weeks got an additional 7 days as well.

If you still have free time left then you won't have yet been billed (even if you selected crysta) and as such you won't have your rewards yet.

The only 2.0 new people who have rewards (and free time) are those that bought game cards (only valid in Europe?) because those require up front money, the veteran rewards are activated as soon as they are redeemed, even if there's free time left.

Yes, I have registered both PS3 and PC to my account. My first payment isn't due to go out until mid November as well and it is also saying that I have no veteran rewards. Can I ask, did you register both the PS3 and the PC? I'm not 100% sure but it looks like I've been given 60 days trial plus the added 7 days of game time from SE. I thought it would be 30 days and was told you wouldn't get 60 for registering two platforms but it looks like the person who told me that was mistaken. I also believe veteran rewards won't appear until you make your first payment, and because I have yet to make my first payment is the reason why I have no veteran rewards yet. I am going to buy some time cards next week to see whether this is so...!

Oh that is probably it, I did add a PS3 as well. As for the subcription I have no clue what that 49.99 was. It wasnt the actual game because I got charged for the game when I Pre-ordered. I assumed it was the subscription fee because it was taken out of my account when I set up the payment subscription. I have a feeling it might have been a double bill now? The pre-order money was taken out of my account end of july, and then the game went live and this 49.99 was taken out of my account 08/31.
