I logged on this morning and my friend was telling me my name had appeared under Odin who had just spawned. Just... what?

I don't know if it's related, but I actually recorded me fighting against him a couple of days ago, did I get the killing blow and this is why it happened? And now someone's else name (unless I somehow got the kill again) is going to appear under him? That's the only thing I can think of.

I think that this is the case. I also think that is why the second video you linked had a unique FATE COMPLETE animation, which was to show you that you were the one that landed the killing blow.

I think that is the case as well, since I've heard people say he's been Roe and Lalafell, although it seems his "Default" race is Elezen.

Man you need to really turn down your effects man. My eyes hurt. At least turn it down for other players, and restrict the effects to your party only or something. Its cool that he takes your name though. Maybe later they'll have something where when the mob dies itll say "x defeated x" or something.
