Can't play even though servers are up?

not an ignorant comment, if it's true.

SE has an established track record of heavily favoring their Japanese customer base, while simultaneously being extremely slow with their na/eu base, if not flat out ignoring them.

and yes, while JP server clusters go down sometimes, they're usually up within half an hour, with a detailed post explaining what happened. na/eu clusters have issues? expect to wait 3-4 hours with not a single word as to what the problem is.

this company has proven time and time again they flat out don't care about anyone other than their Japanese customers. for fucks sake even the maintainence posts all say 'Japanese data centers' in the Na/EU posts.. it would take literally 3 seconds to change the wording to the proper region, yet they don't care enough about us to make the effort.

if you can't see whats right in front of your face, you have far bigger issues that a perceived troll
