wtf with all this hate to summoners?

And nobody likes to use bane because it sucks. It has the range of my pinky finger.

I'm sorry but Bane is the most useful skill a summoner can have against adds on bosses and mobs, you just need to know when to use it since it can gain you a lot of hate if you use it wrong, also if you can't use bane because the mobs are too far from each other you can use Fester instead which it does amazing damage.

I'm not saying that SMN is the most amazing class out there but if played right it actually does quite a lot of damage and has a lot of versatile skills since you can AoE, Single Target Burst, DoT and even heal yourself to relief stress from the healer and I'm not even counting pet abilities.
