Looking for a casual/laid back Free Company!

Hey everyone!

I'm somewhat new to the game, and while I share a Linkshell with friends, the Free Company that most of them in is a little too hardcore for me. I'm just looking for a Free Company that is casual and relaxing, where I can log in and be able to do my own thing, to be able to either help or get help with anything I need, not required to be on a VOIP, and also, not get instantly booted if I don't log in for an entire day.

As I'm also currently a full time student and I work as well, I don't want to be forced into a raiding schedule, or into feeling like I should be raiding every night.

Check us out... Midgar Marauders. here We have some hardcore and many casual players. We do use TS but not required. We have a solid group of a few lvl 50 people running end game dungeons. While there's people still arOund lvl 20. We offer tips/tricks/critcism if asked. Right now the top end players run content, learn tactics and bring back to FC. When people are on we ask in FC if anyone needs endgame so we can help them through it. In this FC you run what you wanna run when u want to run it. No rush. In fact we had some players join as they were lvl 50 and leave cause we didn't have enough people running end game as we progress casually. But we are looking forward to doing so. Hey man! Sounds like you're looking for what we have goin'! We really just want a good group of easy-going buddies. I'd rather have one good pal in the game than seventy people who barely talk! As it is, we have parents, students, and the likes involved - all of whom have priorities over the game, but still want to have fun with it! To give you a little background info, I lead an LS in FF XI (which I've more or less revived here) and we always boot dramatic or too-damned-serious gamers that won't chit-chat and give the others a hand.

I know life is sort of more important than the game, and all of us need to be able to quit playing at certain times or whatever.
