The big question here is... if someone already has full DL gear + relic, isn't that person past the hard mode primals in his progression?
I mean, do they have any reason to do them, except cuz they're cool and fun to do? I mean... they want OVERGEARED people, so they can rush through a content that's already behind them?

That's completely paradoxical to me. Unless they only have fun by doing underleveled content that's easy and trivial for them.

Not always - i have LS mates that are DL geared but they do Primals for their relic gear
