As a player who always plays healer, tank, or some other low-damage support class, I think it's kind of nice to have the advantage in a game system for once. Usually, tanks, healers, and support get the lowest score/contribution/rank/reward because they aren't doing enough damage. To be sure, every effort should be made to make the system equitable, but it's a refreshing change to not automatically get the shaft in mechanics like this.
