Not only that, but imagine that same group kicking a player just as the final boss dies or if a valuable item drops... The feature is ripe for abuse.

They would have to implement some sort of kick window (ie, kick window opens 10 min after start and window closes after party enters final boss chamber) and/or countdown timer (kick takes effect after 60 sec) combined with auto-dropping all loot list items upon kicking.

Every other MMO I know of has a vote kick implemented because the positives outweigh the negatives.

    You can...
    1) Remove deadweight players (e.g. people who join and /sit and do nothing).
    2) Remove utterly useless players (e.g. people who have absolutely no idea what they're doing and do not respond to coaching from the group)
    3) Remove trolls

Unless SE does something incredibly foolish, any vote kick will require a majority vote. For a regular dungeon, that's 3/4 people. Very difficult to abuse due to lack of private chat unless 3/4 members were flagged together. No system can fully prevent 3 schmucks from banding together to be schmuck-ish, but the number of people impacted is relatively small.

The number of deadweight, utterly useless, or trollish players far eclipses the number of people who will enter dungeons with a 3/4 party premade and have free reign to boot the 4th player ad infinitum.
