All I know is if I coddled my student's when they didn't do their homework, or rewarded them to stop acting out in class and being rude, my classroom would be a mess and my student's would know they could walk all over me. That is not a position I would want to put myself in.

and your students are outnumbered, thats why they dont act up =P (IE most students WANT to play by the rules)

try teaching in ghetto schools.. they are not outnumbered there and they DO act up... (IE most students DONT WANT to play by the rules)

in DF, no one is really outnumbered, since ONE player can troll the majority
