Seems like a pretty flimsy and not-well-thought-out solution.

This will just quickly become "I'll +1 YOU, if you +1 ME.." making it even more meaningless than it already was..

Not to mention the myriad of other points ppl have made in this thread exposing this idea's many, many flaws..
