Any plans for NMs or alternate ways to level?

NMs/rare mobs have always been a huge part of any MMO, however; Final Fantasy 11 had them nailed down to awesomeness, as the items were actually useful end game, as well as cool cosmetic stuff. The game severely lacks anything related to a rare monster, maybe rare fates, but those are meh. There is no thrill of camping out rare mobs and fighting a bunch of other people for it's spawn point, to make you look awesome :P

My other worry, is I am about to start my secondary battle class, and it seems like the only way to level is go the boring Guild Wars 2 route and fate grind. The fact events were the only thing to do to level in GW2 made the game horribly boring. I definitely don't want any more quests, one round of them was enough.

Where are the elite mobs, grind groups, xp chains and group combos? These were such awesome features of 11, not to mention they help you actually socialize with your server community.

    We have NM's.
It's Behemoth and Odin and probably more but they are mixed with FATE's so it sucks now and the server crashes.

Imo, GW2 DE's were really fun, the only reason why I played a good chunk of GW2 is because of that. It's just...here it's not as fun as I thought it would be.
Since I have to FATE most of the time to level, and do it again on all other classes. Why do anything else when FATE's are better?

Probably heard this a million times but: Leves, Guildheist, Dungeons, Hunters log is the ways you can level.
Alt, of course, is FATE's is just the best way.

They kinda killed the socializing in this game, same way they did in GW2. They hold your hand too much in this game.
Which is why I left, but it's not as bad as GW2.

Behemoth and Odin are fates, those are there for the entire world. NMs/Rare mobs are mobs that are actually rare, and the spoils generally go to a single player, or party who took the creature down.

I know of the current ways to level alternate characters, leves are definitely not one of them, those are allowanced, so you're limited. My question is more directed at, what are the plans for the excellent features 11 had, and breaking up the boring fate grind of unsocialness.

Hunting logs, I do actually like alot; but sadly, just can't carry yourself to level cap, and due to the fact that each class has a different hunting log, it's impossible to group up with people for those, unless your grouping up with the same class, who happens to be on the same steps of the log as you ><.

Dungeons I'd be okay with, I'm good witht he fact they give decent xp, and a bit of socialness, but I am talking about filling the world with these features, as to get people away from sitting in town and just queuing all day :P

Fates, right now are definitely the fastest way to level, but that just brings up; running from event to event, which is just not fun. I'd like some elite mobs, where I can get 4-8 friends together, grind XP for a few hours, socialize, have fun, etc..

But yeah, again, my question was more directed toward what are the future plans of adding those features, have there been any mention of it anywhere?
