Please add a voting system that lets the members of a party on duty charge the leaving member of dereliction of duty if necessary.

Every time a member leaves the duty using the "Leave" button available in the duty finder, each remaining member will receive a prompt on screen asking if the member left for a valid reason, with 2 possible choices: "Yes", "No".
In case the majority of the party members decides that the reason isn't valid, the leaving member will receive a negative flag. Each negative flag will exponentially increase the duty finder cooldown as punishment.
Instead, if the reason is valid, the member will be able to rejoin a duty queue immediately, ignoring the current 15 minutes cooldown. This is for those cases where all the party members, for whatever reason, are forced to leave instead of the offender or the leaving member has to leave for an emergency or to not hinder the current group. For the same reason, the prompt will not appear when less than 3 people are left in the duty, so that the possible offender cannot give a negative vote to the last leaving member.

This suggestion came to mind as a way to contrast to current abuses of the duty finder as readable @ http://forum.square-enix.com/ffxiv/t...-get-any-worse...
