Looking for some tips!

Hey guys,

I'm a relatively new player to Final Fantasy online series of games, and I must say I've been enjoying tanking so far, playing my paladin made me sit on the edge of my chair quite a few times, not always because of extreme excitement but at the end of the day it all amouted to a pleasurable experience.

As I don't think I'm the best tank just yet, I'm looking for some tanking tips and discussion, particularly on keeping aggro packs of mobs and best ways to deal with imperfect situations like dps attacking random targets and healers overhealing.

For pack of mobs this is how I do it. Say you have 3 mobs. I mark them 1, 2, 3. Main target is 1. I provoke 2, shield lob 3 then flash and focus on 1. After every rotation of fast blade, savage blade, and rage I flash. If you have a blm have him sleep the other ones as well and just flash every so often to keep that hate up.
