Do the FC's with English players have Japanese players in them?

Or is it just all English players

Some of them have equal amounts, but I find that the language barrier can be a bit too much sometimes, leaving either group feeling segregated no matter how much you try.

We do have some English members who speak Japanese though.

Nice ^ ^ how has your communication with English players been? Are they willing to try and speak Japanese?

What creates the segregation? I would imagine an English speaker wanting to be in a Japanese FC has to have a reason and it should be enough to overcome those situations. I myself am not fluent but speak some Japanese probably not yet good enough to communicate with people but I wouldn't have an issue learning.

I'm fortunate enough to have a few players who can speak both, great asset to the team.

We also have them in our FC. They can speak English to some degree, and some of our members can even communicate in JP just fine.

Segregation may be bad wording, but I know a Japanese player who is really good, who I get on with (and a few others in my FC get on with), but he didn't join our FC because it's pretty much 100% English speakers, and his English isn't particularly good.
