    No 401 or 601 error, not charged,still can play...?

    Hi there, Legacy account here and I'm in a bit of a weird situation here. I haven't encounter any problems registering/updating my payment options. But, I'm not getting charged either. The billing cycle was on the 17th and it's already been three days and I am still able to play without being charged but without the Veteran Rewards. Is this normal cause I know free trial is over for Legacy accounts and that I should've been charged already, because my friends cc/bank has been charged on the 180 days sub. So I want to know if anyone else is having this problem(?.)

    Did you buy a PS3 version, and register it to your account? I may be wrong, but I believe that would give you an additional 30 days free.

    Well. I got 601, then it seems to went through, mogstation said I paid for 3mths service. But when I check my credit card, the payment is not reflected..

    Yes, both accounts are PS3 linked to PC. But if I were to get the 30 days extra from ps3 version, wouldn't the billing be on the 17th of Oct and not this month?

    Now this option sucks granted, but if you want to actually login and start playing you'd do wise to follow this.... If you're going to wait out support from Square-Enix or support from the credit card processor OR support from your bank to get back to you and fix the problem -- you will be waiting FOREVER to play the game... I spent taking that route and just gave up... So here is what I did...

    Just go to walmart or game stop -- buy an extreme game card (red packaging). Login to your mog station, use the add crysta option, choose the amount of crysta that matches the card amount (usually 20 dollars). The next screen, you want to pay using "UtlimatePay". On the next screen, there is a tab that says "4 more options". Inside that tab is an option to put in the pin number off the extreme game card. 15 minutes later 2000 crysta hits your account. Apply the crysta to your subscription and you're good to go. Buy a few of the cards and apply it all at once and you'll bet set for a couple months. Hopefully by then the stuff will be figured out (but don't count on it as these exact same issues kept coming up with 1.0).

    Yea that was what I was worrying about, the system will lock me out if it check that my account haven't been charged n still up playing. As for speaking to a rep, it only took me around 30mins maybe, but they know nothing of this matter, only to tell me to wait :T...I really don't want to spend any money on the game cards ; ;
