Changed name after update today?

Out of curiosity, did any of you use a Phial of Fantasia to edit your character's appearance prior to having the renaming happen? This issue might be a byproduct of that whole process. Most of the screenshots that have been posted seem to show the names being changed from the old name to the same new name.

I did not. I haven't even gotten my veteran rewards yet. I wish it was something as simple as that. And like you said, my name was changed from the old name to the same new name. What bothers me is that there was no explanation given for it and no warning of it and since my account was accessed and changed without my knowledge and permission, it just kind of bothers me.
