To evade votekick exploits by 3 friends kicking someone to add a friends and things like that, an idle votekick funtion will work
5 min idle (no move, no use skills, etc) -> every member can vote yes or no to kick him.

This sounds like something that would be easy to circumvent.
you had to use thrid party software to evade this, or check every 4 minuts and move your character.. but i think it could help for close 80% of DF problems.
vote kick will be abused its a proven fact i think a timer should be in place if a player is inactive for more than 5 minutes auto boot out!
"Hello, I'm here to abuse your group. I don't want to do anything, so I'm going to run in circles and use abilities randomly to prevent the timer from getting me."
The best way to handle something like this that I can think of would be to require you to be in combat however often to be considered active, but with cutscene heavy duties, how would you handle it? I guess the timer could stop running during a cutscene, but that would allow someone to sit in a cutscene with dialogue advancement and not progress the cutscene.
The point I'm getting at is that there's no easy way to implement this that isn't circumvented easily, and ways that aren't circumvented easily would probably come at a cost to normal players like you and me who don't do these things.
Maybe so. It's probably a combination of these things that would be the least exploitable, so long as we avoid any kind of active kicking (right click, vote to kick from party) then I'm in favor of whatever the solution will be. However the more complex the solution is the longer it's going to take to implement. Who knows when we could actually see something similar to this.

idle votekick + only reward if u are inside boss zone + report system for these who avoid idle-votekick system.
I think thats the way to fix DF problems.
Perhaps make it so you have to be on the final boss' hate list or have been in combat with said boss to receive rewards. I'd say no to "be inside the boss zone" because if you perhaps thought it was a wipe and released to the start of the dungeon and then it died, but you were a legitimate participant then you'd be out of luck. I've had an "AFK" dps in about 50% of my CM runs, one of them even thanked us for the free tokens at the end which was super rude.
Perhaps also disable autofollow in a Duty to avoid them latching onto someone and being walked to the next area.
