Can't play even though servers are up?

So what's going on? I can't seem to log in to the Lodestone main site, keeps telling me I have no characters, even though I was on the game just fine this morning and my payment is on auto-renewal - just paid for 180 days tyvm...


I check the World Status on the Launcher (as I can't see it on the main site for some dumb reason) and it says all the worlds are up and running. But when I get into the character select menu, it says "Unable to update Group NA/EU Character List."


The hell is this?

I have exactly the same - unable to load NA/EU server list and the lodestone wont acknowledge my account. Almost shit myself thinking I had been hacked

Yeah there are quite a few people with no NA/EU Server list pulling. First time in a long time this has happened though. Guessing that the "maintenance" last night didn't help? Even though tbh I wasn't having issues till AFTER said maint. -.- /sigh

Seriously? I've noticed the "unable to update server list" thing happening with the JP servers a few times over the last few days, but I guess if it doesn't personally affect you, it's not worth noticing.

Pretty sure NA servers get shafted 10x more then JPN servers too. EU has the same problem. My friends on JPN worlds report very few issues, but I cannot say the same about the NA/EU scene.
