    Support Desk not working

    Hello.
    Since I started playing I attempted to use the support desk feature on PC for more than once. However I noticed that every single option is greyed out. I tought it was because it was just too early but at this point I still have the same problem. To make it clear, whenever i open the support desk all i see is the message retrieving information. When I go to the report tab and choose one of the 4 options the box opens up but I cannot write in it. also the submit button is just greyed out. So I am here to ask if there is any solution to this.

    It seems that there have not been any further posts about this concern being an ongoing issue. Because of this, we are considering it to be resolved. If this does continue to be a concern, please create another thread to further discuss resolutions or contact the Support Center at support.na.square-enix.com for assistance.
