I just started the end game last week, (being a legacy player I took my time) and have only done WP for 1 reason.

I wanted to get some gear upgrades, accessories, armor and the shield which is better than my current, before going into AK.

I never understood why these so called "Elitists" stalk the DF. If you don't want to help someone new, or go over the strats with people then stay out of DF and shout for a group.

I agree with this 1000%. There was a guild in WoW that would do raids in blue gear, when majority of the population wanted high ilvl purple.

Most people want it to be easy with minimimal challanges. Unless a player is not pulling their weight then yes go get geared up.

This is different game though. Titan in AF I can believe with skilled players, it's not a difficult fight if everyone avoids crap, it will just take a bit longer. As long as it's dead before stomps get to the 9-10+ stage and out of control it#s probably doable.

But if you try something like Turn 4 of Coil, no amount of skill is going to get you through that without the gear to compliment it, it is simply not possible due to the way it's designed.
