Cannot Launch / System Error

So, as well as the countless 90ks and lobby errors making the game unplayable for me, now I can't even load the game.

When I launched the game on PS3 Im getting a black screen saying...

"Cannot Launch Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn. Please Register the promotion code included with your package or download" And then...

"A system Error has occurred: -2147309046"

I've went through this about 5 times now as well as restarting my console.

Well.. Did you register the 2 codes with the game?

I used the 30 membership when installing the game and creating my account which was the only one required to play the game.
I've been playing the game 1 day after launch and this problem has only just arose.

I just used the 'Product Registration Card' now, the reason I didn't when I got the game was because of errors and I just forgot about it.

I did manage to get onto the game before you replied, got 90k, then a lobby error then back to Launch error / System error
