Monks: Demolish at GL2?

If I'm at 2 stacks of GL and I use demolish, will I gain the 3rd stack of GL before the demolish DoT applies for max DoT damage? Which one happens first?

I have that internal debate so often. I usually wait for the 3 stacks though.

Nevermind, tested on a dummy. It applies the DoT before you get GL 3. Though now it begs the question if it's worth it for getting ToD/Fracture in faster (and keeping it sync'd with Demolish)
