Some "Did you know....?"

Apparently there is an NPC that pops near Uldah Repair NPC/ADV Guild Fountain (mine was named Alfgar). You can talk to him for a Lodestone Achievement for your character. He pops and depops but current speculation is he pops around the same time the GM (Urianger Augurelt) on the world pops. Needs more verification.

Achievement is called:
Seventh Moon Rising
"You have heard rumors of suspisicious individuals appearing near aetherytes and prophesizing the end of the world."
