    In-game Support Desk, my History is not being updated since 9/8/13

    In the world NA-Lamia, for the character Meisha Nightwind (and all the other alts on my account), I have been reporting RMT spammers correctly using the "Report Cheating" option since the game was released. Up until and including 9/8/2013, I was getting automated responses that would show up in History along with my submitted reports. After 9/8/2013, History shows no new tickets - none. Neither the many RMT reports I have been submitting almost daily, nor the suggestions I have made (one click to report and ban RMT spammers; fixing the Moonfaire merchant so that wrong gendered non-discardable items cannot be bought by accident), nor the bug report I submitted that my history is not getting updated since that date. Do I need to reinstall my game? Is the History tab broken by some update that happened on 9/9/2013? I do not see this bug in the bug tracking reports, and since my History is not showing me any submitted or answered ticket for it, I am posting this here.
    Has anyone else also checked and noticed their Contact Us messages are no longer being recorded and listed under the History tab?

    What?!? Am I the ONLY person with this problem? Would someone else please go to the in-game Support Desk and check their History to see if their most recent tickets have been getting posted in the History tab, and then post back here with "Yes mine is working" or "Mine is also broken and has not updated since [whenever]" ?

    Bump! and to Square-Enix in response to their response to my Email Support request - please refer yourselves to my Ticket # 2860105 for which the (fairly useless, obviously automated) email response I got simply told me to come post the issue in this EXACT forum channel, which I had already done. And for the record, where exactly am I to connect to any ticket history? - since the in-game History is broken or at least not updating for me.
    Also, your email in response to my "email support" request, failed to include the ticket number that it advised me to BE SURE to have ready when I contacted the Support Center for assistance.
    The email also did not include any phone numbers for contact (though I have those now and will be trying them on Monday when the lines open).
