I'm looking for a specific item obtainable in Wineport's (Eastern La Noscea) Levequests Treasure Coffers.

Is it just me, or are there none? I can't find any treasure coffer, and I just marked my 19th levequest completed there! Is there a way we can increase the chance for a treasure coffer to appear, or is it random?
