Yeah, we have linkshells on Diabolos to broadcast him as well. As a bard, I got gold on him yesterday morning. The hard part is, if you're not dying and everyone else does... you end up light years above everyone else on the hate meter and end up having to kite tank him. Luckily, he does +bind so it wasn't too bad. Eventually died and came back. Finished him off, GOLD! Went and got the choco armor as I'm not pld.

I figure that due to the low spawn rate and large number of possible spawn zones we should have a way to communicate Odin's current whereabouts and status easily between online players interested in farming him to this end i have created a linkshell on CERBERUS server called "Odin's Bane"

send me a message when i'm online if your interested in joining the channel my Cerberus character is "Arashi Tymestl"

going forward i will need players willing to monitor the channel, coordinate attacks, and invite new players to the channel

Anyone know if there is something like this on Sargatanas?

according to loadstone there are at least 7 link shells on sargatanas which might fill that role the largest being odins elites with 9 members, you would have to talk to the linkshells master or "officers" to find out if the channel actully fills that role.

for those who don't know there is a search function in the loadstone website which allows you to see what linkshells exist on a particular server and who the master, officers, and members are for that linkshell.

this feature is located under "community -> linkshell" on the main menu bar

I finally got to have the chance to fight odin yesterday and got one hit on him then for the rest of the fight he was invisible and i died by the invisible odin, how often does this happend to people.

It's a lag issue on SQEX's side....

The few times I've fought Odin, I found it best to step back some if/when he goes invisible, until you see him spawn.... then target him, rush in, and try to get your 1% dmg in before one of you dies... It's not a perfect solution, but it helps...
