Performance gone to hell after Sept. 19th maintenance

Nevermind, I rebooted my computer to rule everything out and the performance got better.

My performance hasn't taken a hit, though I do notice my connection hasn't gone back to excellent since last week, been stuck on "good" since then. Lots of lag, too... sometimes up to ten seconds to perform an action, but as they recently re-allowed download sales, it's not surprising. I can't speak for the mouse problem since I prefer playing with gamepad.

My FPS has dropped an insane amount after the maintenance tonight. I normally get smooth 50-60 when outside of towns. I now get 20 FPS as my absolute maximum when staring at a corner in the wall. I have literally not done a thing to my computer since maintenance. I simply logged out, went afk for a few hours til it completed, and logged back in.

Square has ignored my mouse cursor problems when the cursor being visible dropped my FPS the exact same way. Now I can't even play the game when the cursor is off the window!
