People cannot see what i say in chat. I will list what DOES work and what does NOT work.

Works:
1)Shout
2)Say
3)Party Chat(ONLY in Duty Finder)

Does NOT Work:
1)Tells
2)Free Company
3)Party(when NOT in Duty Finder)
4)Linkshell
5)Yells

This was NOT a problem during Beta and at the very start of launch, it just started one day, I needed someone to craft me something and I realized no one could see my tells. I have reverted my settings back to default to no avail, although I have no idea who would create a setting that would disable OTHER people seeing your chat.

Intel i7 Quad-core 930 @ 3.07 GHz
NVidia GeForce GTX 470 (driver version 327.23)
Western Digital Caviar Black 1TB HDD

Would really like to be able to communicate with people, it's so frustrating.

Note: I have fresh installed the game, including the deletion of "My Documents/My Games/FF14" folder.
