Missing windup cursor minion

I went to receive my veteran rewards from the delivery moogle and didn't receive my windup cursor minion. I , however, received the Fantasia. My inventory was NOT full. I got my 60 and 90 day rewards fine. A message appeared on the screen but disappeared too quickly for me to read. It wasn't in the chat history. Thanks, please help.

However, there is still one small detail that we need to collect from you before we are able to investigate this properly. If you could please provide the following information, we will make sure that your report is looked into so we can try to resolve it.

*Minions are now in their own tab. Is it possible the minion is in your minions tab and it was simply overlooked?
*Also, can you please include your system spec information (per the template found Here) just so the report is completely filled out.

If you can respond as soon as possible, we will make sure to submit a report for investigation if it did not appear in your minions tab.

Item: Wind-Up Cursor minion

The same thing happened to me. I'm a legacy player, so I had 9 letters waiting for me at the Moogle with an almost-full inventory.

Here are my steps:

1. I opened the letter, read it, and realized I only had 1 free slot left and there were 2 items in the letter (the Wind-Up Cursor minion + fantasia)
2. I closed the letter, dropped some beast blood, and re-opened it.
3. Only the fantasia potion was in the letter.

The Wind-Up Cursor Minion is -nowhere-, not in the Minions tab, not in my inventory, nowhere. I submitted a support request for replacement of this and was told to make a bug report instead.
