Uninstall your graphics driver
Run Driversweeper
Install the latest driver package

If you have onboard video (Intel HD?) make sure that it is disabled. FFXIV may be trying to use that instead of your real card.

Please post your full system specs.. open FFXIV config, hit the system button, then copy to clipboard. Just like koryanders.


@ Koryanders: Please create your own thread so your specific problem may be addressed. It's very unlikely that the solution to your issue will be the same as the OP.
