Change post limitation to be based on total exp rather than max level

I have a character with 12 lv25+ classes of which 5 are lv30+. My highest level class is 32 but when you compare my total investment in the game through exp against the lv50 people, I sometimes win. Yet I'm given forum post limitations because my level is too low. Can we please change this?

I completely push for this change. It's annoying when you want to give an input, but are blocked from doing so due to your level not being high enough. Lower level players should get the chance to have a say in the game too.
