The OP's point is that by keeping these low gear players out of Chimera and Hydra it stops them trying to go to Garuda and Titan in their trash gear.



A group of full DL+ Relic weapons will do alot more damage then a group of AF+level30 trash weapons so yes it does go faster.

Then OP's point is irrelevant as iLevel limits will be released for DF instances in the near future.
