Copy & paste not working

Copy & paste (Ctrl-C & Ctrl-V) work fine for me in game, but the information does not carry outside of the game. Whatever text I copy in game does not appear to go into Window's clipboard, though whatever is in Windows clipboard comes in to the game. So for example, I can copy a url from my web browser and post in game, but I cannot copy a url from a linkshell message and use it in my browser (or even Notepad). I can, however, copy text from in the game and use it in the game--either in chat or in a support request.

I'm going to try running the game "as administrator" after maintenance to see if that fixes it, but if anyone else has a better idea, please let me know.

Update: Running as administrator did not fix the problem.

do you happen to have different language pack enabled? I have Japanese Win8 and some of the shortcut won't work unless I switch it to Eng input.

No, I use regular English. I'm using Windows 7 Home Edition.

*Bump* Any ideas? This is really annoying, especially since people share URLs for websites and YouTube videos, and I have to type them all out.

I'm pretty sure this is an Anti RMT measure so that they can't copy/paste spam. I noticed this early on myself :/

It seems that there have not been any further posts about this concern being an ongoing issue. Because of this, we are considering it to be resolved.
