Endgame Linkshell <Darklight Raiders> Recruiting

<Darklight Raiders> is a growing Linkshell community for Tomestone farming.

We are looking for more members that play a positive role in the FFXIV community.
Players that exhibit these traits are welcome into the Linkshell:
-The desire to succeed in endgame.
-Positive attitude despite dire circumstances.
-Willingness to put others in front of yourself.
-Proactively coaching/mentoring players that want to learn (Creating tutorial macros for first timers in game content).
-Treating others with dignity and respect.
-Inform the LS when you group with a member with poor attitude/ rude behavior (we shortly discuss what happened, and blist them accordingly up to the user's discretion, and move on).
-Can give and receive constructive criticism politely (sending /tells to members to correct them instead of airing it over a chatlog that others can see, unless the information would be beneficial to others).
-Gives more instruction prior to an event rather than after a wipe. Captain Hindsights are obnoxious, if the only advice you can give is after the fact, it's not really useful.

Our Golden Rule: If you do not specifically instruct someone on what to do in a dungeon/instance, you cannot expect it to be known.

NEW
A Free Company in association with <Darklight Raiders> is in the works. As members within the linkshell have started grouping together and working towards farming their Tomestones of Philosophy/Mythology/Relics a new Tier of challenges await our members. The FC will be exclusive to those that have completed their Darklight sets (ie only jobs that have FULL i70 gear will be given audience) and exhibit the qualities listed above for the ideal player. Recruitment will start towards the end of October. This will help players that require fully geared parties do higher tiers of end game content while keeping positive attitudes and friendly demeanor. Until I get some recruitment officers going the best time to get a hold of me is after 3pm EST (Monday-Friday).
Weekends I'll be on at any given time, so if anyone is still interested, that would be the best time to get in touch.
Currently 31 members strong, and active. There's always people running various things at once. I'd call this quite a successful start!

Although most of us are on an afternoon/mid-morning EST time zone I'd like to fill up our ranks with more players from all time zones to keep the number of online members high. We're 40 strong and still growing.
