Titles earned do not appear in title section.

almost all the titles I should have received through achievements I never received. I have the achievements but not titles from most of them. the one im most concerned with is the "Crystal Bearer" title. I still have the clusters needed to get the title and still don't have the title. please help.

There are NPC that you have to talk to I order to obtain achievement items. You may have to talk to them to unlock titles earned as well. I think there is one per city, but I know the Grid one is in Old Gridania in Apkallu Falls
