How is this exceptable? To be honest I like steam because things like these, could get you perma banned. Then again they also make sure you can't do this. Makei Mot and Irmala Weard are teleporting from one mob "Diremite" to another. Fast farming, not even funny. I think these are the same types selling gil. I guess, if Square finds it exceptable then I don't like their games like I used to. Should band them, every character they own and account as well.

It is by no means acceptable. However, as I've stated before and will again, there are many issues that SE is going throught the process of solving. Banning an account will solve nothing as a new one will be made. Bringing complaints with no reports into the forums solves nothing either.

Maybe they sort it out, maybe they don't. What is really unacceptable is that companies continue to design MMORPGs with virtual commodities that people desire to be used for the purpose of RMT. If they'd just stop doing this, (and most do it on purpose as it generates further revenue), then it would cease to be a problem.

I really hope it gets sorted - this issue is very frustrating to me as well. I see them teleporting while mining. While I'm working my toosh off hacking away at a rock - they just zip on past the monsters, completely avoiding the slow walk required by the stealth ability. If SE doesn't take care of this, then I'm assuming it is "working as intended" and we all should get bots. If these guys aren't being taking care of, then we all should be able to use the bots. (It should be noted, I've never used one - I enjoy earning each of my achievements). This really does get under my skin, I'm right there with you OP.

Then all MMORPG's would be nothing but instanced lobby servers and leaderboards, those aren't terribly fun except to the same people who play FPS/PvP games and are immensely hackable on their own. Games like Wizardry Online and Vindictus are basically lobby+leaderboard games with a gearhunt thrown on top.

Like there is no real solution to RMT short of requiring a hardware token (to break software scripts that automate logging in/creation/spam/repeat) and a subscription to the game paid with a personal credit card (no prepaid debit cards/gift cards.) Permanently banning players from using that card again.

But bots are always hacking/modding the game in some unauthorized way to begin with, and it's so easily traceable that you'd wonder why it's not done.

3 more cheat bots farming Diremites today. Cant get any for myself. I dont see how I am to make gil, or craft. They charge an arm and a leg, because they cheat. If you can't farm, you have to buy. If you can't farm, they control prices. If you don't fix this, your game is fail.

These bots are even worse in Coerthas with the Ornery Karakuls. I see them every single day when trying to farm fleece for my weaving. Reported them all but hey, they're still around.

Hahaze Haze is also teleport farming on the banemites on the other side of Fallground Float.

If you have a way to claim quickly you can usually get them before they do (ie. Archer).

they seem to only teleport to unclaimed monsters. no matter how far they are away.
