Three times over the course of 24 hours for one subscription. Havent entered in any extra details or accounts into mogstation. Tried contacting SE via email and heard nothing back, except for a confirmation of receipt. In the meantime I'm out over $100 while I wait for support to get in contact with me. Worse yet, Mogstation only recognises one payment so its not like that $100 has gone anywhere. I've called my bank and they've confirmed that each transaction was SE. I really cant call the customer support line as that would mean an international call to the UK from Australia and I'll probably lose that $100 anyway just on paying for the phone call where, I'll probably be on hold for an hour. Putting this thread here as there's nowhere else to really put it on the forums and maybe it'll also raise some awareness. I had hangups about paying $17-$18 for a month, but now its effectively been raised to $50 a month?! Please, could I get some help from SE on this?
