    As I understand it, there are restrictions on where you can post and how often you can post based on your level...maybe on whether you are in the trial period or have subscribed? I have never seen an official explanation of the restrictions (thought it may be around somewhere). There isalso a restriction on how many posts one can make a day. Not sure if it differs by level. The intention is apparently to prevent trolling. Last time I checked, I could only post on the technical support forum and this one, but I have not checked recently.
