    alchemist poison potion

    Was wondering how useful are the poison potion that alchemist make? Can you use them on bosses?

    They do some decent damage but they have a long cooldown. You're also required to be in melee range to apply them.

    They're far from bad.

    It's basically free damage and the potions are extremely cheap to make.

    Im a summoner. Was thinking making alchemist my main job so I could make poison for the extra dot. I don't mind running into melee. I do it anyway for miasma 2 and having garuda egi use that ability to increase my spells dot for 15seconds. So was just curious if poison could work on endgame bosses before I commit and find out it doesnt
