For all of those talking about a potential emergency, simply put, the evidence isn't in favor of that. We had one of these afk'ers in my party last night, and the 30 minute auto-timeout boots them the same as anyone else. If he managed to stay there the entire time without being booted, it's because he was present, but just didn't want to contribute. If there really had been an emergency, he would have disappeared after half an hour.

This is a more appropriate response to this situation I think. You have dealt with him personally before and are informing other of it with detail. You are not posting his information and calling for a witch hunt.
