Sunken Temple Final Encounter Bug

Hi- last night while fighting the final boss in the Sunken Temple we had a member die while inside one of the "cages" while trying to kill the lazer staff. The rest of the party eventually killed the boss. Afterwards when we attempted to raise the dead party member we could not. We received a "Not in Line of Sight" error. Then when we tried to run over to him we were blocked off by an invisible "box"; it is as if the cage that he died in while trying to kill the staff remained, even after the battle was complete.

Thoughts?

I suggest if you want them to look into it you put it in the requested format (Found > http://forum.square-enix.com/ffxiv/t...EAD-THIS-FIRST)). I've not seen this happen, though I've also not had that scenario take place. But if you want them to look into it instead of moving it to the 'not enough info' graveyard, you may want to put it in the format at the link.

Steps:
In the part of the encounter where the lazer staffs create a crystal box around them, the party member mentioned above died during the fight. The rest of the party went on to kill the boss. After the encounter was over the dead member was "Out of Line of Sight" and when you attempted to approach their dead body there was an invisible "wall" preventing anyone from getting near; it was as if the crystal box from the encounter was still present after the fight was over.
