As i said you are always leveling Conjurer. Once you unlock WHM you start doing the WHM specific quests for the additional skills / AF. Your WHM level will always equal your CNJ level as you equip it to your CNJ. If you play on WHM you still earn CNJ experience. Earning CNJ experience levels up CNJ and if you have WHM crystal equipped then you're the same level as your CNJ but specialized as WHM.
