    this FC sounds interesting tell me more how many members do you have so far are you attempting to get 3 groups ready for crystal tower in 2.1? do you help lower level characters is there a gear requirement upon joining?

    Second coil group is forming atm, we will be trying to run our own crystal tower group.

    we have one team (10-11 people) that is in coil turn 2 right now and several people waiting for group 2 to be complete, and some more casual people that fill spots, also many social ranked friends of raiders, 50 people in all.

    We plan to stay pretty small as far as our raid team, just enough for CT with extras for sub/replacements.

    There is a gear requirement if you want to join as a fulltime raiding member, we would ask you have at least 2/3 of your DL complete, with WP/AK or crafted gear in the other slots. Also relic quest complete up to garuda/titan.

    We also welcome casual members, but they must be aware they will need to app as raiders if they want to raid later. We often help our casual members with things, but we dont require our members to help so i cant guarantee it.
